04 07 2012

Liverpool FC legend Ian Rush and BBC Sports presenter Rishi Persad have joined a host of celebrities attending the Standard Chartered Great City Race on July 12 to support Seeing is Believing, a global initiative which tackles avoidable blindness, and this year's official race beneficiary.

Persad joins Natalie Pinkham, Oli Mellor and Noel Thatcher to run the 5km race blindfolded across London's Square Mile, with charity ambassador Sir Ranulph Fiennes firing the starting gun.
